We had such an amazing time last weekend in Eastman! We were warmly welcomed by Hélène and Benoit in their beautiful ecological home which is located on the edge of a lake. The view we had from the kitchen was a.ma.zing! And speaking of spending time in the kitchen, we cooked and ate all night long, it was like being in heaven for me! Even JF got involved in the kitchen, so I was pretty impressed by my man whose cooking skills are limited to peanut butter and banana toasts!
On our way back home the next day, we stopped by to visit Joanie and Vincent and we met their lovely little boy who was born only 7 weeks ago. Again, congratulations to his proud mom and dad! It was a lovely weekend.
Did you do something special last night for Valentine’s Day? My heart was pumping real hard… at the gym. So tonight, JF is taking me I-don’t-know-where for a V-Day surprise. I’m guessing we’re going to a restaurant, but I don’t know which one exactly. I’ll tell you next week! Until then, here are five little moments from the past week.
I’m linking up with Lauren @From My Grey Desk for High Five For Friday.

Is it terrible that I have no clue what Pitahaya is? I want to know now!

Pitahaya is also called dragon fruit or strawberry pear. The texture and taste are kinda like a kiwi. Give it a try!
